Red Corner Asian Bistro - Waterbury

This restaurant was incredible! The sushi was delicious, and I really enjoyed their unique preparation of gyoza. It had one half like a traditional dumpling and the other side beautifully pan-fried. If I didn’t have to drive an hour home, I would have definitely ordered more. If I'm ever in the area again, I will certainly dine in.

The service here has been excellent for both dine-in and takeout options. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is consistently clean each time I go. The interior has a visually appealing design, featuring vibrant colored lights that create a great atmosphere. The sushi itself is always fresh, and I have no complaints whatsoever. There's a reasonably sized parking lot with easy access from the main road, making it convenient to get in and out. I highly recommend stopping by and giving this place a try; you won’t be disappointed!

Red Corner is one of my top sushi choices in Waterbury. I typically try a different specialty roll and some appetizers each time I visit. The presentation of the food is impressive, and the flavors are even more exceptional. They also offer a fantastic lunch special.

Food is delicious and fresh, great prices. We have been struggling to find good sushi in the area and discovered this gem. Have been craving it since day one.

This restaurant finally opened up for sit down dining!! I never tried it before and my friend and I were craving sushi and our regular spot was closed. So, we heard good things about this place so why not? This inside is beautiful and the staff greet you right away. To be honest our waitress seemed new and needed some prompting for the correct glasses of wine we ordered but that's okay she seemed young. Well our taste buds were so happy!! Everything was fresh and beautiful presentations! The wait time is short. I will go back again and again.
