I happened to stop by this place and the salami sandwich was amazing. The bread is on a whole new level. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Hender’s Bake Shop is very charming, quaint, and well worth the visit! The treats and savory breakfast items are hand made by the talented chef/owner daily and served with a personal touch that evidences the pride she takes in her business. Also in the shop, there is pottery for sale that is made by the chef; I absolutely love this style of pottery! Lisa, the face of the front of the store, demonstrates a high level of service; this is true customer service stewardship. She is always upbeat, smiling, and very pleasant; and she makes excellent drinks! I really cannot emphasize how refreshing it is to see the level of effort applied to even the small details here. I really appreciate this establishment and offer sincere gratitude to the team that provides my family with a great weekend breakfast treat!
