Frankie's Family - Waterbury

We visited on the evening of Friday, January 20, 2022. The young man at the register was incredibly helpful—he seems to have a photographic memory! He assisted me with my gluten-free order. The manager was also very knowledgeable and courteous. Britney, who helped us, displayed an exceptional work ethic and provided outstanding customer service, especially when she assisted me with the sauerkraut. The food was absolutely delicious! Thank you!

I ordered food and received an incomplete order. The burger came without lettuce and tomato, and we didn't get any condiments for our hotdogs. Our platters were missing cole slaw, and the French fries were undercooked. After waiting an hour for the food, I was very disappointed with how everything turned out. I tried calling to address the issues, but the line was constantly busy.

Everytime I call I get someone picking it up doesn’t say anything and left waiting for 10 mins. Hang up and the phone is busy. When I ask the young woman behind the counter( dirty blonde pony tail) she says yea ik the phone is off the ringer, its busy. You’re a business this is what Frankie’s has done for yrs. Food is great but attitude is horrible, Fire the girl and get staff who wants to work.

We all know how good Frankie is, so I don't have to repeat that. But I wanted to praise this special location for their excellent customer service, especially with the Curbside option. Even if it's busy, they get NIE, EVER a setting or let yourself be neglected or dissappointed. Other fast food spots should take notes because Frankie's does a stellar job when it comes to customer service. (I just wished that the buoyancy situation here was easier, as it is difficult to pull in and out and then wrap around to the fire lane, but again, the customer service makes it out). Skip the Dreck Burger King and come here instead.
