Caribbean Fire Side Grill - Waterbury

I recently dined at this restaurant after a long 10-hour drive from neighboring Suriname, and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious! The burger I ordered was one of the best I've ever had, with a unique slice of apple in the middle that added a spectacular taste. It was so juicy and flavorful that I didn't even need to use any extra sauces. I also tried the Mac and Cheese, which was delightful with chopped veggies that made it even more delicious. The service was excellent and the overall vibe of the restaurant was cool. I enjoyed my meal so much that I returned the next night and had a similar experience, this time adding the black-eyed peas side dish which was just as delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a great atmosphere.

Listen , This Food Is Amazingggggg !!!!! I had the oxtails plate and lordttttt !!!! Definitely worth the money and if there was a waiting time, that would've been worth the wait . Definitely recommended

You will enjoy the menu options, honestly if you want a NICE prime rib or some NICE tender steak you have to pay for it and this is one of the few places that has it!
