One of the best meals I’ve had and they gave us a card for our anniversary which was a sweet touch.
Came in the offseason and didnt have too much trouble securing a reservation, though i expect its much harder during ski months. We were very surprised and pleased with the skate cheeks, which i hadnt encountered before. Tasted like oysters with the texture of flounder. The hen of the wood toast was good but not super impressive, much more of a breakfast item than we expected, but had to get a titular item! The mushroom torteloni were good, and i was impressed with the braised rabbit (no bones! . The lemon cheesecake was a delight as well!
Very nice atmosphere, upscale but comfortable. The staff is fully invested in making your dining experience memorable. Sit at the Chef's bar to watch the preparation. Every dish was excellent and surprising in some way. Worth it just go!
Randomly on the road towards Boston, great discovery, facing the atmosphere of the kitchen, great cuisine, good service. Well done to the teams
