Dunkin' - Waterboro

They make mistakes often, but I keep coming back mainly for the refreshers—I absolutely love them! Even if my sandwich is burnt, it's easy to overlook that, especially if you’ve worked in the food industry before. Nothing in life is ever 100% perfect, so just remember to be kind about any mishaps.

The Waterboro Dunkin' is, without a doubt, the best Dunkin' in the county, featuring the most dedicated and quickest coffee shop staff I've ever encountered. They whip up an excellent iced macchiato, and while I'm not particularly fond of the new rewards program, I appreciate that it exists.

The manager, if you can call her that, named Morgan, is terribly unprofessional. She seems to decide who can be there based on her personal preferences, and if she has an issue with someone, they get banned. I’ve been going there since it opened, but now I'm no longer welcome because I innocently asked, “What do you have? Let’s start there.” Apparently, that’s considered treating the staff poorly. I’ve talked to other employees who had to switch locations because of her nasty attitude. She clearly lacks any management or customer service skills.

Young cashier could not figure out how to get $2 Off coupon to work. Customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skills should be added to training.

This is the go to place if you want your order to be wrong. It's pretty much a joke now to see what they mess up. It amazes me how they can constantly get orders wrong. Everytime I go they are more worried about their evening plans then the customersactual order. I'd avoid this place at all costs.
