Pho Big Bowl - Watauga

I’m not exaggerating when I say that my wife and I were on a quest for a great pho place. While reading reviews for Pho Big Bowl, we came across a negative review and the manager's response, which immediately convinced us this was the spot we wanted to try. We love supporting local businesses that stand up for themselves, and this one certainly does. Our food was fantastic! I had the spicy broth (was it P13?), and we also shared crispy egg rolls and crab fried rice. Everything was delicious, and the staff was exceptional. We will definitely be returning!

This place is beautiful, the food was fresh and addictive while affordable. The staff was very human and attentive. I've been a customer for a long time and her food never fails me. They are small (which are not in these times. But her food still came out fast. I'll be back!

The interior is simple, but the flavor of the pho is incredible. I sampled both the chicken and beef pho, and the chicken broth was exceptionally flavorful—truly satisfying. It's quite possibly the best chicken pho I've ever had, and I've visited countless pho places. My server was fantastic as well. Thank you!

Absolutely delicious pho and fried rice. The service was also great. This is my new goto when I'm in Texas.

This is a self-seating restaurant where the waitstaff are attentive. The portions of food are generous. I ordered the white chicken meat pho, and the soup was incredibly flavorful.
