Fresco's Cocina Mexicana - Watauga

I wouldn't consider this restaurant to be very accommodating for vegans. They are vegetarian friendly, with everything clearly marked on the menu. However, in order to make any vegetarian item vegan, you need to order it without cheese, sour cream, etc. The best option for vegans is to ask for a dish with veggies, refried or black beans (without cheese), and tortillas, and assemble it yourself.

Traveled 50 mins to get their tableside guacamole, but they stopped it bc it was too costly, well now it 's even more costly bc a lot of people I know go there just for that but won 't go if they don 't have it. Truly disappointed, won 't return til they make a lot of changes.

The dining experience was wonderful. The server was excellent. I will definitely return!

I've been going to Fresco's for well over 15 years. It's a staple in our household. My most favorite item (no longer) on the menu are the fiesta steak tacos. They come with an amazing habanero cream sauce that's positively divine. The hatch Chile queso is delicious. They make a fantastic Pina colada and you can choose your rum (Captain Morgan's for me). I miss the toasted coconut that used to come on top. Service is generally fantastic Jayce and Macie are our favorites!
