Jack In The Box - Washougal

My husband I came in on Friday early evening to get an order to go. I ended up with food poisoning!! I have been calling their phone number ever since no one ever answers the phone. The fries were gross the grilled chicken was super tough had a strange taste. After 2 bites I threw it away they didn't make it as I had asked. I want a full refund!! I live in Salem, Oregon so it's not like I can just go to the store. Service: Take out

First time we went the general manager was fast efficient and friendly. Best experience. Everytime after that lobby has been closed, 20 minutes to get two meals, forgot to give my card back. And food was nasty! I’m going to assume whose running the floor wasn’t trained properly or they are understaffed either way, being a previous worker at other fast food joints, things should not be this difficult every single time.

This place has always been good. Ever since places were closed down, they have been all over the place on hours. They are open and thw closed. It hard to figure out if they are open or closed. The hours are all over the place. I guess maybe it's hard to find help. They are friendly but always bew people. Maybe they need bew owners or management. Price per person: $10–20

I would give it 0 stars. They have their drive thru sign on but then they have their drive thru blocked without putting a sign up to say why, oh and get this, if you try and call, they won't answer their phone. This isn't the 1st time there has been an issue with this location. It needs new management because this place sucks. Service: 1
