I was really impressed with the service I received at this restaurant, especially considering my allergies. When I sat down, the staff inquired about any allergies I might have, which they then communicated to the kitchen. I was provided with a list of safe options, and the management confirmed what I could eat. It was refreshing to see my non-standard allergy taken seriously. Additionally, I mentioned my preference for a quieter seating area, and they accommodated that as well. Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer!

Very easy to choose from the carvery; the profiteroles tastes. only negatiw is very tired, worn and grubby seats. service friendly and efficient.

Our local spot always impresses with its delicious, high-quality meats. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our server, Jenna, was attentive from the moment we sat down, and she was incredibly friendly and cheerful. She demonstrated excellent politeness and was great with customers. She truly is an asset to the restaurant.

The best experience I ever had in a toby carvary. ellie our server was very competent and attentive. very polite and beautiful. will definitely come back and hopefully ellie will be our server again. can not recommend enough

I visited the restaurant for a carvery on Thursday this week, and honestly, it was nearly flawless! The food was hot, and the portion of meat was generous. I had requested a large portion but ended up receiving a regular one; however, it was quite loud, so I can overlook that, haha! After my positive experience, I returned on Saturday for breakfast. It was almost perfect, but not quite as impressive as the carvery. When I went up to the buffet, there were no breakfast Yorkshire puddings available, but I assume they were restocked fairly quickly. The same issue occurred with the mushrooms, which also limited my options. Additionally, I noticed the absence of scrambled eggs, even though it’s listed on the menu. I'm not sure if this is a recent change or if they no longer serve scrambled eggs for breakfast. Overall, I believe a rating of 4 out of 5 is very fair!
