So good and sweet! Strawberry-masmeal cookie was great. the calcareous cake was fantastic. tamarind fizz was great.

Great! I recommend without reservation and understand why it has made the top five on the food lists I have consulted. I had there keksei and brisket sandwich (the brisket was more of a pastrami, instead of smoked) and the lavender coffee cake. I had better cookies, but the total sandwich was fantastic. the coffee cake was heavenly. my companion had the tomato chokepea handpis and the guayava conversion. both were excellent. they are laminated teig is as perfect as I have ever tasted. regarding their prices, I guess it's a 20% top on their tab automatically rated and they provide health care for their workers. I personally support this, but respect that others may not have such a surcharge.

Came here for lunch based on the reviews. Have not had such atrocious food in many years. Inedible. The so called salad was four limp lettuce leaves in a plastic carton. The pork sandwich has disgusting as was the salmon bagel, stale. Managed to find something they had clearly sourced from outside the restaurant to eat. But I would avoid at all costs.

An immensely charming person working at the counter saw me eyeing the pastry case and romanced me into quite a few purchases lol but let me tell you they weren't wrong about a single recommendation and the conversation was just so lovely too. I got a slice of blueberry pie, a sausage pizza hand pie, a cherry citrus olive oil cake, a kimchi cheddar scone, and a duck rillete sandwich and everything was wonderful! The blueberry pie was a thing of beauty, every bite was heaven and I'm not even a blueberry pie fan generally but it was hands down my favorite. In a close second place was the kimchi scone, not a combination of words I'd expect to find but so bright and delicious. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in DC.
