The food was outstanding! This place is definitely a hidden gem. It brings back memories of a favorite bistro in NYC that we used to visit.
I had a wonderful experience! Fred, the owner, is incredibly kind and truly dedicated to his customers. The waitstaff was cheerful, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.
Great food. Attentive, friendly service. Made for a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner.
3rd time at Rosemary Bistro Cafe. So happy to have this in the neighborhood. It’s a really nice French food with great food plan on going back and recommending often. Halibut and short ribs great.
