The staff at the restaurant did not seem excited to have guests. Despite making a reservation, it took 20 minutes to be served. I used to enjoy this place.

We had a hard time finding this restaurant. Despite being the only customers at the bar, we didn't receive much attention from the staff. The pizza we ordered wasn't very hot, suggesting it had been sitting out for a while before being served to us, which was odd considering there were no other customers at the time. It seems like this place would be more enjoyable when the weather is warmer and people can dine outside. We are willing to give it another chance.

I am located in Denver and when I made a reservation for a Saturday night, I was mistakenly booked at a restaurant in Washington D.C. instead of Denver. I have been using this app for over a year to make reservations in my area without any issues. I'm not sure why it directed me to the Washington D.C. location since I have never used Open Table to book there (I haven't been in that area for over 6 years). The restaurant realized the mistake before I did and offered to accommodate us with a table, despite being fully booked. It was a bit frustrating as the app is supposed to simplify the reservation process.

I have denver as my location and when I booked for a Saturday night, it has booked me in washington D.C. instead of denver. I have used the app for over a year to book restaurants in my opposite and never had a problem. I have no idea why it would have sent me to the location washington D.C., as I have never used open table to book in this area (has not been in this area for over 6 years.) the restaurant realized the problems before I did and offered us a table with a little wait, although they were booked tightly. it was a little frustrating as this app should be used to make reservations easy.

The staff could not be less enthusiastic about having guests. Even if we made a reservation, it took 20 minutes to use. - I love this place.
