I ordered delivery and the food was good but the coffee came without a lid. I can't understand how the product was sent in this condition.

I drove over an hour to get to this restaurant, only to find it closed. The sign on the door indicated that they close at 4 on Sundays, which is also stated on Google. It was very disappointing.

The food appeared to be pre-packaged or frozen, then reheated upon request, and it still took a long time to be served.

We were searching for a new breakfast place and decided to try this one in Arlington. We arrived before 8:00 AM and noticed a line forming, which was a good sign. Upon entering, we were greeted by old-world charm and vintage Louisiana decor. We ordered caffe latte, a seasonal strawberry scone, a praline scone, Hungover Hog (Bayou taters, BBQ pork, country ham gravy, soft poached egg), and Salmon Toast (Seeded Honey Grain Toast, lemony-chive whipped cream cheese, everything spice, house-cured gravlax, baby watercress salad, radish, lemon-chili vinaigrette). We found the praline scone better than the seasonal strawberry due to the overpowering lemon flavor. The Salmon Toast was okay, and the Hungover Hog was unique. Overall, the menu items were similar to other breakfast places, but some items like Hungover Hog and Beignets were unique to the Bayou area. The staff who took our order was friendly. Parking: Metered parking is free on Sundays in Arlington.
