Subway - Washington DC

This Subway location is consistently clean, and the staff members are especially friendly. On April 7, 2018, they went above and beyond for one customer in particular. An elderly woman with limited mobility was not only escorted to her car, but the staff also assisted her into her vehicle and made sure she was well taken care of. The employees here truly go the extra mile and exemplify outstanding service.

During my junior year in high school, my class of eight students and three adults (only part of our group joined this trip) visited Washington D.C. in 2013. For one of our lunches, we stopped at this Subway location. I was impressed by the friendly staff, quick service, and, best of all, the convenience of its location—just two blocks away from The River Inn.

This is the best Subway I've ever been to! The staff provide excellent customer service, especially Nebat. She is outstanding and amazing; her smile is warm and friendly, and she's always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers are happy. She truly deserves recognition for her efforts and is a valuable asset to the company.
