Starbucks - Washington DC

This is the second time I write the review for this place.Special say thanks to the lady name Liz.She make my day so special.Everytime She make my drink so good and the way she treat me make me so happy.They should bring more staff like her to work here.I remember a Asian lady was talking not nice to me when I tried to get sleeve for my drink.Everytime they always look so busy and I have to wait for them so long to get some extra stuffs.Important thing to determine the service”50 is quality and 50 is services”.They should train for staff how to make service perfectly for guest

Irrespective of wait time , the people behind the counter deserves good.This place is the most crowded place on weekends so I could see there efforts as team to serve better.whether they did it right or not, they seemed to work hard.

Larger than most Starbucks, clean and pretty with very nice staff.
