Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Washington DC

This is the second time getting mobile orders for my coworkers and I. The first time there was barely any marinara sauce on the meatball mozzarella sandwich and that’s no exaggeration. Almost dry. The second time around we ordered in the morning and both were Turkey with Swiss but no Swiss. No oil. No seasoning. We will try 19th street now.

What fast food should be: fast, consistent, reliably open with good hours. Also solid sandwiches with decent ingredients.

Ordered shake this morning through app, went to store and they told me there is no ice cream left, so no shake, no apology. Great place to eat nothing. updated: no refund

Very good sandwich. An appropriate rating would be 4.5. Not the best sandwich I?ve had, but it?s prob top 10. I want to come back. Please expand to the South

This spot used to be my go-to for years prior to Covid for reliably consistent delicious sandwiches. They have seemingly recently changed the menu, the staff is curt if you don't know the new menu and the original sandwiches are not even close to asgood as they used to be. No more shakes and dairy treats either. Beware, this is NOT the Potbelly's you think it is any longer.
