Very good veggie sandwich I really enjoyed it very ,I was there 1st time. Very slow customer service and unorganized. Place was very nice and clean.
In my first time ever in Potbelly Sandwich I thought It was a small business. They have niche sandwich and soups I really enjoy the Wreck Sandwich in the pick your pair promotion. The quality and the taste of food is good however the logistics are confusing. It would be better if they first ask for the product and take the money, the day I went there they just confuse at least 3 orders.
Great location across the street from the Renwick and close to the Metro. Tasty sandwich and good coffee. I've walked by so many times and I'm glad I finally checked it out.
