Parlay Gastropub And Lounge

I was searching for places to eat and chose this restaurant based on its positive reviews and appealing pictures. I visited on July 3rd around 2 PM, only to find out they were closing early. This was not mentioned anywhere on Yelp, Google, or even on the door. After walking there in the scorching heat, I was really disappointed. I decided to give it another try today, but unfortunately, I found a mosquito in my pho. The waiter was very helpful and offered to get me a new one, but I declined. I still had to pay for the dish, which was disappointing. Overall, I'm sad about my experience.

Had a martini named frank ocean! Great drink!! Chicken Pho, came out super quick!! Jefff was our server, bartender, and great guy!! Thanks for a great meal, service and great company! PS, I love chicken pho! This chicken pho was the bomb!

I was left scratching my head when the waiter asked if I wanted an egg on my bahn mi. Of course I said yes. Score! It was amazing.

We made a reservation for 20 folks at 7PM last night (my friend even went down to confirm it in person). However, when I reached the venue at 6:40PM, I saw this notice. We were not notified about the closure although we left behind our contact no. and had to scramble for places to host a huge group of people in the cold. Never patronizing this place again!!

This place has the best pho in DC! The beef broth is unbelievably good. It’s so flavorful and comforting. I tend to gravitate towards vegetarian dishes, but the broth is so good I always ask for the beef broth with veggies instead of meat. The staff is always kind which is a bonus. Can’t recommend it enough!
