Contribuiți la feedbackThis place is fantastic! The atmosphere is warm and tropical. We started with the poke bowl, which was amazing. We could have eaten a dozen bowls, it was that good. Then we tried the hearts of palm, also delicious. The grilled calamari was good, but slightly overcooked. The spam fried rice was tasty and we now have a newfound love for spam. We ended the meal with coconut cream pie, which was just as delicious as the rest of the meal. Can't wait to come back on our next trip!
A friend recommended this place to me, so I gathered a small group and we went to the Union Market for brunch. We had a hard time describing the cuisine - it seemed to be a mix of Korean, Hawaiian, and even a bit of Jewish influence (like the salmon benedict). Everything we tried was delicious, especially the kimchi fried rice, spam fried rice, and pork dishes. The service was great as well. I look forward to returning when the weather is warmer, as they have glass garage doors that can be opened to enjoy the beautiful weather. We even tried some unique drinks like blooming stubborn and fresh coconut water served in a real coconut. I would definitely recommend this place to DC residents looking for something good and unique to try.
