The views are impressive, and the drinks were enjoyable, though on the pricier side. The music was great for setting the mood. We tried the wings and a kale salad, which were just mediocre. However, the staff were excellent.

I attended an LGBTQ event at this venue, and I must say, it's a beautiful place with stunning views! The food was quite good; however, the drinks and the bartender left much to be desired. The cocktails were not only overpriced but also poorly made. The bartender's service was disappointing as well. Although it was busy, they had a negative attitude from the start and continued to mix subpar drinks. To make matters worse, one of the speakers was having technical issues throughout the night. Perhaps the experience is different when there isn't an event, but I definitely walked away with a less than favorable impression.

Jessica Dallesasse and her team at 12 Stories are outstanding. Jessica was attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. She addressed all our inquiries and was present on-site throughout our event. She helped us with every aspect from beginning to end, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this venue for your next event; it’s worth every penny!

As you enter it looks like a hallway to no where but once you take the elevator ALL the way up, you?ll definitely feel like you?ve arrived. The rooftop vibes are on point. Great outdoor patio seating with panoramic views of the Potomac and Potomac golf course/Haines Point. I had the delicious salmon and kale salad and an old fashion. Both were delicious. The music and vibes are top tier. Great for a date night or night on the town with friends.

This place is perfect for celebration cocktails and happy hour. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and I took my sister here for her birthday. Both times the view was spectacular, it wasn?t too crowded, and the service is just amazing. Each time the waiter brought a couple celebration shots and it made the occasion even more special! Deon was so friendly and welcoming. I can?t wait to go back!
