Sonic Drive-in - Washington Court House

I would not waste my time or money at this place. We went to order food and pressed the button and waited for service. We waited and waited and waited and nobody ever came. We looked inside and seen someone who said she was the manager leaning against the table laughing and talking to a worker who was sitting in a corner doing nothing. It looked like one person cooking and another at the window. We knocked and was told they couldn't serve us because they only had 3 people working. I asked why didn't anyone come out to tell us we wouldn't be served Instead of ignoring the call lights and letting us sit there. I asked for the manager and the girl said she was the manager so I asked for her managers number and was told they didn't have it. So I asked for corporates number, the manager walked away to never return. Instead a little bleached hair girl came to the door and she asked (what my problem was) well I already explained it to the manager, why is someone irrelevant coming at me asking what my problem is. The place was empty, maybe one car at the drive through window. Hard to keep a business open when the staff turns everyone away because they don't want to do any work.

Waited at the drive through for a few minutes without acknowledgement and then got attitude the whole time i placed my order. maybe the boy was having a bad day, idk. But it wasn't a pleasant experience.

This place does the bare minimum, if you ask for extra sauce you will not get it. You want to add something to the food, no again. If it’s not already a part of the menu item don’t expect them to remove or add anything extra to it.

Food and staff great, weather outside, hot. They could at least cool off their parking lot.

This is the worst Sonic ive ever been to. Twice ive been here and this time i placed an online order and went to pick it up and they said no order was placed then said the only order was for Lindsey... duh. The all 3 sandwiched were wrong so we informed they remade and they are still wrong. Never again
