Tim Hortons - Washington

I made a statement. I refuse to go to this place at this point. eating (if properly prepared) is really good in the. but if they expect to get what they order, they are mistaken. 7/10 times missing a drink, timbits, donut, maybe a bagel. even if there is the only other thing they order. my last experience there, I ordered a chip chicken wrap with chips and a root beer. I pay, and they tell me to move forward (very common). the only problem is that they didn't give me my card after they told me to move. then the individual had a attitude with me because it didn't leave immediately when they came back to the window. almost as if I didn't have my card. I get my card and move forward and wait. I get my food bag that has nothing but chips and serviettes in it. so I have paid over $10 and waited for a small bag of boiled chips and do not even try to go back and fix the order. because the line will be too long and not worth the time. or they give them the wrong eating again. (which happened to me at this place too). my last three times to go here, I missed eating every time, and so I refuse to go here because they're almost messing up every time I go without failing. again, eating is great when they give them what they order and prepare it right. a good experience here is a great one. I just wish they had managed their team a little better and maybe train to watch the outgoing orders a little better. I understand this place is very busy. but this is not an excuse to charge someone for something they never get, especially several times in a row, and so a total of 3 stars because the elements in the menu are good. but they do a lot. ( looks like they have to slow down and check every job as it goes out, instead of just withdrawing any order after the order to delete the line)

I'm not sure why this tim hortons has such bad reviews. the only negatiw I can think about is that they are often busy. they do a good work to keep the line moving. Eating and drinks are very good and consistent. great food and personal!

I've been here for over a year. consistent bad quality. I had no fresh hash brown yet, tastes like it was roasted last week and today microwave. during the ordering, after each set, I am asked that it . that happened every time of any person I ordered. who runs this place is cheap. no coffee, no smashes for donuts. Instead, everything will be smashed into the smallest pocket they can manage. beautiful that they have saved 5% of a penny on each order because they have lost my business safely.

Tim hor worsttons I was there. the bagel I got was burned and they didn't put the cream cheese on him as I asked. I have a middle cappuccino and my cup wasn't even filled halfway.

This Tim Hortons is located at 32 Mile (St Clair St) and M-53 Hwy (Van Dyke) conveniently on my way home from just about everywhere. I use the drive through frequently.The staff is always friendly and efficient. And unless I'm coming *really* late in the day, the donuts are always fresh, otherwise they are sold out of certain ones. But I can get a good honey dipped at any time.I've tried some of the sandwiches and bagels, but not many because of food allergies. I can eat more types than expected though because they have a food allergy pdf on their website.I've been to other Tim Hortons locations but this one is consistently the best for good service and fresh availability.
