The experience was overall great, but we were disappointed that despite requesting sauce on the side through the app, the dish was still too saucy to eat properly. Additionally, utensils and napkins were not provided.
The food was delicious, but it had an unexpected effect on my stomach. I ended up feeling unwell for about two days and had to make frequent trips to the restroom, which was not the most enjoyable experience, to say the least!
Collards had too much salt and vinegar. Brisket was undercooked and greasy. Fries were soggy. Poorly packaged. Three Meals were stuffed in a small plastic bag and the plates were smooshed.
Not tasty, overcooked-did not acknowledge notes or send utensils. Food also arrived cold but it's not that far?
