The Cheesecake Factory - Washington

Cheesecake Factory is already overwhelming because of the amount of options on their menu. This particular location was just very different. When we first came in no one greeted us and just kept walking past. We had to walk over to the bartender to be attended to. When sat down at a high table on the bar area and was given a menu. Ten minutes go by and no one still comes to take our order so my bf got up to ask who our waiter is. The bartender explained It would be me. Listen, there were 3 other tables.. our drink over wasn’t even in yet.. but nevertheless. We order everything at the same time so there wouldn’t be any further delay. Another 10 mins go by and we didn’t receive any of their good good bread, so my bf got up again to ask. My bf is so sweet lol that finally came out We ordered potstickers salty Chicken and shrimp Gumbo lacked flavored but cooked well And Korean fried chicken, which is very similar to their cashew chicken that they used to have on their menu. this was tasty but had lima beans and pickled onions, which did not pair well. Solid 3 stars for effort

It took an extremely long time for the Food to be served

Went here on a Friday night mum n son time. The food was so good! We had crab ragoon and fried cheese (mozzarella) for starters. We both enjoyed! For dinner we had the chicken parma pizza(supper tasty) along with the shrimp n pasta dish. Fordessert we had a strawberry milkshake and the salted caramel cheesekake... had to get this to go our waitress Jocelyn was amazing. So efficient and such a pleasure even with her other tables we felt like we were her only one! Great experience here. Thank you Jocelyn

Easy to make reservations online Service was great Big portion meals ! Family friendly ! Even though there was hair found in our food, our waiter handled it properly

The server was terrific. We were a large party and they were able to seat us quickly under the stairs which was great until the sun set then it got kind of dark. The cheesecake offerings didn't have pricing. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals.
