I'm obsessed here. I never thought I'd say that about a place that's just salate, but it's true. they have locations throughout the DC range and increasingly outside the DC range. Vegan options are well marked-- especially important when it comes to dressings. I like the limette cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette. they can pay a basic salat or a little extra to get fu, baked falafel, avocado, etc.

I go to the Bethesda, MD location and love their create your own salads. Very Eco-conscious, clean and friendly atmosphere. Mostly vegetarian and vegan options.

Delicious food. I usually make my own salads. They make for a good, hearty meal and their bread (especially when warm) is delicious.
