This is not about the food! It‘s about a server‘s behavior! We went there for lunch. Our child is gluten sensitive, so we told this our server. He already seemed annoyed that he had to change gloves sorry for that, it is not our child‘s fault that it has to deal with this. It wanted to build an own bowl, an other point what seems to annoy the guy…. Also it took a while to decide. Yes, that maybe is annoying especially during peak time. Still we are paying customers so it would have been nice to get treated politely. After finishing the bowl he went back and asked for the next customer. We were left with one bowl although we wanted to order for ALL 4 of us. I went back and told him that we wanted to order 3 additional ones. His reaction was rolling his eyes on me. My husband decided to leave and not ordering anything else. So we paid for one bowl and left. It was really annoying as we all wanted to eat. My child really liked the food. But if I go to a restaurant or food court or food truck, I pay for service and that includes friendliness for me too.

I will NEVER eat here again. Tonight, 8/8, I ordered the Chicken Pesto Parm salad. As I was eating it, I realized what I thought was a piece of quinoa was actually MOVING. It was a small worm. After getting violently sick, I returned to the store. I asked for a manager, however, there was only two (2) employees working. They did give me a refund without question, however, they continued serving customers without checking the food after discovering this issue.

Rude mail employee did not want to take my order as I had multiple orders. He seemed mad that I had more than one order. Ordered at about 12:40 PM. The salads taste great however.

The male associate with the “Side Show Bob”hair is very rude. Unfortunately, I had to deal with him because my online order was not on the shelf although I received an email stating it was ready. He and a female coworker were too busy making fun of customers instead of being professional in the workplace. If you don’t like being courteous and professional to customers then find another line of work. I’ll patronize another location that treats their customers with respect.

Janai did a fabulous job preparing our food with a smile! Great, healthy food and price was decent for DC. I feel healthier already! Thank you!
