I'm waiting and can't wait to go back. we were in town to see lpotl and get away from wb for a few days. we saw this point directly on the road from our plane and the closer we know it will be good. the smell of deep fried chicken has thrown down the block that just cried to me, so of course I had to get some of it, and the kartoffels with serious were ridiculous. the mac n cheese was good. there was a sweet one for that I had never had in a Macn cheese, but it was worth it, and these collars! uwee, the collar were some of the best I ever had. boiled to perfection and not all chopped into the hell. it was sown perfectly. just a little hot sauce that made them available. look, next time they are in dc or if they have never been over rhode island ave, they have to pass and take some deep roasted delicacies.

Yes, where do they have a good soul food? there and I will go back there because eating is very good

Big portions with decent prices... I have tried their fried fish, the baked half a chicken, and the ribs and so far I like all but the fish (only due to bones, in what's listed as boneless fish); I have had most of the deserts and a few different sides and they have all been delicious. We eat here rather often, usually on Sundays.

Much better when it was Golden Skillet owned by the Koreans. I ordered a baked chicken dinner w/fried rice greens. The greens were recommended by the worker flavorless. I asked to sample a meatball. I gave a $2 tip for a meatball sample. Only to arrive at my destination and realize all meatballs were given. I called went back immediately. They corrected my order and still no meatball sample, partially pleased! The baked chicken is a lil slimey pink and the cabbage taste like water. The rice is the best part. Veggies need a lil salt&pepper. This is a lil embarrassing to be considered soul food?Here's the kicker... They actually took the meatball meal back! What are they going to do with it?After meal update:Chicken was delicious and very juicy but yes still soggy! I got my meatball sample and I'd definitely get that next time!

This place is the truth! so much to choose and not enough time on a day to eat everything! all (accepted for the mac n cheese) I have eaten. the woman wants to move it twice in the week!
