Shilling Canning Company - Washington

Unfortunately, eating did not live up to the reviews and the drinks were simply ok, but expensive and small. enjoyed the conversation with the service, but the French wobbles soup was sour, the breakfast was over boiled and the fish sandwich was dirty. is not back and cannot recommend.

My husband and I went for oysters to start and the split the deviled eggs, ham sliders and a lettuce dish. All were excellent and it was just the right amount — we also had wine. A nice spot to visit in the Navy Yard area.

First dining experience at The Shilling Canning Company and it was excellent!! The staff was very, very good and the food was amazing. Their commitment to their business, to the menu, and to the experience was evident. They are resting on their laurels and made us feels like we were the first customers on their opening night. We’ll be back and thank you for welcoming us to the neighborhood.

Again was schilling amazing! came during the restaurant week, but experienced both regular and rw menus. we had lucky that we were sitting on the table because some big parties are present. great service by johnathan and an amazing night by chef reed. a lot of luck for marco when he finishes his stage. great eating, fun, watching her work and great personalities throughout the environment. even with an hour long journey, can not wait to come back!
