In the morning, it's pleasant to sit here while waiting for the train. The staff is friendly and promptly refills the food.

I highly recommend this Pret! For just $19.99 a month, you can subscribe to their unlimited coffee plan, which is fantastic. Yvonne and Rudi are especially wonderful and friendly. Even though I work from home and have many other options, I always choose to come to this Pret because of them.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich, but the cashier charged me fifty cents more than what was advertised. When I pointed this out, she insisted that her price was correct. We went over to the sign together, and after checking the back, she said it was an old sign and promptly removed it, along with another one. She then claimed she wouldn't sell it to me at the advertised price. This feels misleading. It's concerning to think about how many customers might be distracted and end up paying more than the clearly displayed prices. Fortunately, there are plenty of other dining options in Union Station, so I decided to eat elsewhere. If this place wants to attract customers, they need to ensure their employees understand the importance of accurate advertising.

8 11 21 Another business in Union Station that has been closed due to The Coronavirus Pandemic and its mutated virus called The Delta Variant. This was the first business I saw effected by this unpopular virus. I quickly found many other businesses in Union Station to either be temporally closed down, or permanently shutdown. I have eaten here one time before. The name of this business is not my favorite, but the food is good. I hope things change for the better.
