Contribuiți la feedbackI am very disappointed with my meal today. It was simply awful. This location were one of my favorites. I would drive across town just to get fresh chicken. I'm not sure if this location is under new management but I have had 2 bad experiences lately. The chicken is dark and taste like the oil has not been changed. Nothing like the advertisements. The apple pie was dark I just could not eat it. I added pictures. Disgusting! Please evaluate your practices and do better soon. Very dissatisfied customer.
I Love me some Popeyes Fried Chicken ???? ???? SoOOo I stopped by this location on my way home the cashier seems like she was unbother she took my order in the middle of answering her cellphone ???? text, she wasn't professional all. Her customer service was terrible. My food as you can see it looks like it was thrown in the box ????. So I gave them a 3STAR because the food is always Delicious inspite of the BAD ???? customer service.
I used to enjoy this restaurant, but the service now deserves only one star. It is terrible. The employees used to be friendly and cool, but now I see the manager and employees getting angry and yelling at customers. Additionally, the meal sizes seem to have decreased compared to other Popeyes locations, yet they still charge more. The food is still cooked well and tasty, but overall I would suggest avoiding this location.
I am writing this review because I visited this restaurant through the drive-thru yesterday. Initially, I was given mild chicken instead of spicy, so I had to return it. Upon reaching home, I realized that my French fries were missing from the order. I called the store multiple times to inform the manager and left a voicemail. Upon returning the next day, I was informed that I could not receive a refund but could have the missing items replaced. However, since I did not require the fries anymore, I requested a refund for the missing items. Unfortunately, I was told that I could not receive a refund as it would require a refund for the entire order. While waiting for the management to resolve the issue, a cashier rudely instructed me to move from the drive-thru lane. I refused and after the manager intervened, I was eventually given a partial refund from her own pocket. The process of obtaining a refund was frustrating and I did not receive the full amount I paid for the missing fries. Although I will not discourage others from visiting this location, I recommend thoroughly checking your order before leaving as refunds may not be provided for missing items. It is disheartening to be denied a refund for goods not received, and I believe the owners and management should address this issue for future customers. Personally, I will not be returning to this location.
Very disappointing! This restaurant is not worth spending your hard-earned money on. I ordered the mixed chicken yesterday, but what I received was a mix of tiny, thin, and small pieces. The legs and wings were especially lacking in size. It seems like this location is more focused on making a profit, potentially by downsizing their products or using leftover ingredients. Whatever the reason, it resulted in poor service. Treat others as you would like to be treated. I will never be returning to this restaurant again.
