&pizza Hard Rock Stadium - Washington

I ordered through Uber Eats. This was my first time ordering from this location and I just found out it was newly opened. My order was wrong, half of my toppings I requested was not on my pizza and what was on my pizza was SPARSE. I have occasionally gotten very thin crusted pizza (not my preference) from &pizza but I have never had a pizza where I could see the dough through the sauce in the middle. There was hardly any cheese, only about one drop per section. Because I got delivery, I have no idea who made my pizza, but I will never order from this location again. I usually can save some of my pizza for later but I had to eat the whole thing to feel full. Unless you go in person and can comment on how they 're making your order, don 't deliver or pick up from here unless you like not getting your money 's worth.

I love &pizza and was excited to see one closer to me so of course I went and was really surprised by all the changes and new investments in the community. I did a mobile order hoping my pizza would be waiting for me since is was about 15 minutes away. I get there and again surprised by how nice the area is and how nice the new &pizza is. There was one person in there who had a mobile order also and was sitting and waiting ????which was a bad sign ????because it didn?t seem like much was going on in the back. Ok so I was promptly greeted then told it be about 15 minutes for my mobile order and again no one was in there but one other person who was sitting ???? waiting ?????here we go. So I took a seat and shortly after people started coming in and placing orders getting their ???? and leaving ????. Meanwhile me and the other lady are still waiting ????. They made 3 walk-in orders ????before calling the lady who was in there before me and maybe about 5 minutes later called me. So I won?t be doing anymore mobile orders at this location if I even go back. I have eaten at almost every &pizza in the area and even from the truck and 95% of the time I do a mobile order and never experienced this. No complaints about my pizza ???? ????so again if I go back to this location I will definitely do a walk-in order ????.

This was probably the most indifferent &pizza I've been to. They closed and locked the doors at 10PM and said to customers at the pick up window online only, while we were in the store eating our pizza.The portion sizes were all over the place, I got 3/4 of a pizza, a buddy got a bit bigger than I did but still didn't go to the edge of the pizza screen.I asked for an order of garlic knots, the guy behind the counter replied with sure you can have whatever you want those knots were never made.Someone in corporate needs to come show this store how to regulate it's product control!

Never again will I patronize them againI ordered my pizza online and got there and had to wait 45 minutes to a hour the staff told me it was ready but it wasn't I had to wait till the fixed other people orders after me and they truly didn't

Customer service really sucks. They have attitudes and never change their gloves. When you ask the huff and puff and as if you’re asking something of them wrong. If you complain about how long you’ve been waiting for food and take 5-6mins they treat you like you’ve done something wrong. I will never come back here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone family or friends.
