Mcdonald's - Washington

I'm a bit torn about reviewing a McDonald's, but I've been here several times in the past month, so here goes. If you're deciding which one to visit in the area, I recommend this location. The fries are consistently hot, and the drive-thru line moves much faster than many others. I haven’t gone inside, so I can’t comment on that experience. The staff is usually the same and generally friendly. Occasionally, they mix up an order, but it's not frequent enough to deter me from returning. Just make sure to check your bag before you leave—it's your responsibility. The quickest way to place an order is through the app and pick it up at the drive-thru. If you choose curbside pickup, you'll likely have to wait a bit. On the plus side, they stay open quite late, though it's not as chaotic as the location near HU used to be on weekend nights.

I hope corporate takes note of this review because Vern is an exceptional manager. From a customer's perspective, the store is very clean, and the service is excellent. He deserves a raise! If you’re a police officer, this is a safe location where you will be treated with respect rather than turned away, and the food is fantastic. Again, give Vern a raise!

The service on this occasion was excellent. The young woman at the cash register was exceptionally patient and friendly, and the team appeared to be collaborating seamlessly.

The sausage and egg McMuffins were delicious, and the caramel frappe was blended to perfection. This McDonald's at (18... PA., Ave SE) has consistently provided hot food when I'm in a hurry! I hope they continue their excellent service!
