Kfc - Washington

Every time we get the Family Meal the chicken is very old and has been sitting around in a warmer for hours. This only happens when we go to the KFC in Washington, Mo. The chicken is greasy and dry and one of us actually got sick.

Ordered online with a 30 minute pickup time. Arrived at the scheduled time to find the lobby closed. Got my meal after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru. For what I paid, I could have gotten a pretty nice meal at a local sit down restaurant, asopposed to a luke-warm meal with cold sides.

Ordered online for pickup. Picked up food, and foolishly didn't check my order accuracy until I got home. I was missing two of the family sized sides. Tried calling, no one answered. Drove back. No one was in the place but the employees, but still had towait at the counter until the employees (one of whom was sitting on the floor) finished a conversation about marijuana. Toldthem I was missing part of my order. The gave me most of it, but still shorted me two biscuits when I double checked the bagbefore I left. I didn't try again to get the biscuits. This was the first time I had been into the place here in WashMO. I hadread about the previous issues with sanitation and shutdowns, but I was craving fried chicken and mashed potatoes. The place wasas bad as everyone says. Unfortunately, WashMO does not have another option for fast food fried chicken (like Church's orPopeye's), which is likely why this place doesn't go out of business.

Their air conditioner was not working well and the place felt hot. It could use a very good cleaning, and some smiles... The food was okay.

So I've never actually had a positive experience at this KFC. They've gone through multiple owners and they keep being terrible, I think it's cursed. I tried to order a bunch of chicken tenders through online ordering. So the app said to go inside and pickup my food. Doors were locked. I go through the drive-thru and they tell me that they Don't do online orders despite clearlyknowing about my order and they can't tell me anything about the purchase that I tried to make on Google pay if it would gothrough or not and they were closing earlier than they're posted hours and couldn't help me.
