Jack's Famous Deli - Washington

The Reuben sandwich here is truly delicious! This place is a genuine deli, and you definitely won't leave feeling hungry.

The establishment is not clean, and on several occasions, the cashier has deliberately charged me the wrong price, resulting in higher bills. For instance, on October 23, I ordered a side of bacon for $2.00, but she charged me $2.20, along with $1.59 for a piece of scrapple from the hot bar. My total came to $10.51. When I questioned her about the extra charges, she simply said, "Calm down, I hit the wrong button." Unfortunately, every time I visit, I encounter incorrect pricing. I urge others to be cautious and pay close attention to their charges, as this seems to be a recurring issue. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Additionally, the cashier consistently displays a poor attitude and lacks the skills to operate the register properly.

The restaurant is extremely clean, offers great prices, and provides excellent service. I forgot to take a picture of my meal, but I had eggs and bacon, and it was fantastic.

I placed my order online. It was ready at the time stated. This was my first time trying the Steak and Kimchi burrito. It was delicious.Parking: Parking is very limited especially since it's so close to the DC Superior Court building and Probation office.
