Lobby never opens. Since covid I think it's opened ONCE. The employees are pretty difficult at times. And considering they don't have lobby service they should change their information to NO dine in and change their doordash instructions to just go through the drive thru so they stop wasting our time. You'd also think without dine-in service their drive thru could move faster. Just a poor excuse of “fast food”

Always a fan of the Sour Dough Jack and the 2 tacos.

They close way too early say they close at 9pm and it was close at 7pm

They refused to remake my sandwich after I addressed that I wished it to be plain. Then didn't apologize and said have a good day.

“do you want sauce?” “yes ranch and sweet n sour” hands me my order literally 10 seconds later with no sauce??? ‍ ️ goldfish memory. lobby's already closed at 4:45pm so another 10+ minute wait in drive thru just to get my sauce. also gave me cold hard fries that had to be sitting for over an hour. you'd have to be desperate and starving to eat those fries. waste of money and waste of time.
