Gordon Biersch Brewery Dc - Washington

We waited for 45 minutes for a waiter and it wasn't until we got up that someone came with glasses water. we didn't eat.

The restaurant closes on 30 september so that they didn't have everything and the servers didn't seem to care

Washington dc. no reservation. the personal had vulgar verbal argument before us. a terrible sitting and ordering experience. had concert cards and reserved to be efficient.

This is the first review I have ever written on ot. we sat at 18:15 a.m. before a Saturday at 8 a.m. concert, logical thinking that 's a lot of time to eat and enjoy a drink or two. after sitting and placing our drink order, it took 40 minutes to get our 4 water and 3 beers. it took about an hour to finally get our appetizers, and after the review with our waitress several times. about 15 minutes later, (75 minutes after sitting) our food arrived. we were billed and received not 2 other drinks we ordered, but had no time to deny it because it took so long to get our bill and then pay, and we had to go for the concert. we didn't let bc we starve and had anxiety, we had no time to go to another place on Saturday night and eat quickly, and beyond that my eating was cold as soon as it arrived. the irony is that the restaurant was moderately busy with some open tables close to us so we couldn't dare until they were lubricated. Even after we complained about 55 minutes to the manager and they assured us that they would fix the problem, nothing changed. bottom line, do not eat here unless they have a good 3-4 hours to save, dont mind pay for items they do not receive, and enjoy their (very tardy) food cold. the ambiente certainly doesn't matter everything else.

Arrived, was seated and immediately forgotten. Had to ask for water twice. After 75 minutes, asked where our food was and was told it would be awhile longer. Left without being served a crumb. STAY AWAY from this horrible restaurant!
