Fresh Med - Washington

Yummy food and nice people. It's quite close to the zoo, and walking to it wasn't too bad even though we were tired after visiting the zoo. We tried chicken and veggie platters, both were flavourful and light. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. We also brought their baklawa home and loved it.

Was not greeted immediately when walking in, but the cook was attentive and made our food quickly. Although, we ordered a few items, the food lacked flavor and spice, very bland. Does not taste like Mediterranean food. Restaurant is clean. I would not go back there, but it was an okay experience. The spinach pies were nice.

Cozy nice place close to the National Zoo, serving authentic Mediterranean food. Staff was courteous and food was fresh and flavored.

Delicious shawarma and baklava. Seems family owned, great service, a little market section for grocery items and easy fresh to-go food in a case. This might sound silly but I love that they have a sink for hand washing outside the bathroom, what a great idea.

Absolute local gem. The food is delicious, especially the shawarma! All of their dips and sides are wonderful and fresh. Generous portions and a great price point. 10/10
