Fogo De Chao - Washington

The restaurant's interior is stylish and sophisticated. I particularly loved how one of the walls is designed as a large wine cellar, which adds a touch of elegance while maintaining an earthy vibe. Just a heads up, when I visited a couple of years ago, it was about $50 per person.

The service was disappointing. The gauchos overlooked my table, and the meat was dry and lacking flavor.

I was in DC for a professional conference, and my daughter and son were in law in DC for a separate conference. We went to Fogo de Chao for dinner. It was her first visit and my third one. We had reservations, we were sitting right away and had drinks on the table. The Marketplace Food Bar was amazing, and the selection and quality of the meat that comes to the table has not disappointed. The waiting staff was efficient, attentive and very friendly. While it is an expensive outing, the culinary experience is really amazing. I will return to DC for the next time.

Great place to get together with a medium sized group. Food was great as well as the atomosphere.
