I’m supposed to pay a delivery fee tip a driver, but I have to leave my house go meet them somewhere bc they no longer deliver to our address? No thanks, we’ll order from another pizza establishment instead.
So we ordered two pizzas. Saugage and pepperoni. We have been fan favorites of dominos. So we are starting to eat the pizzas and my husband wanted the sausage and my husband ate a piece or two and had a feeling. He ate slices with hair in it. I pulled pieces of the pizza apart and saw the hair.They tried to fix it but i wanted the refund. Which was giving to me faithfully and i thank them for that.
Every time I order, they screw it up. Then they wanna charge a crazy delivery fee and expect a massive tip. This location is one of the worst that I've dealt with. Go with another pizza chain if you're in the Washington MO area.
Usually just order the same pizza with a side or two when i’m hungry and always have had a good experience with them, not much to complain about, good quality
COLD PIZZA!! Ordered on the app saying 34-44 minutes making 8:24 the earliest it would be ready. I always go in about 5 minutes before, even though the app still says in prep. I told them I was picking up an order and apparently it was ready. Got home and the pizza was barely warm so I knew it had to be sitting. The receipt said the estimated ready time was 8:07. That means the pizza has been ready for over 30 minutes at that point.
