Chopsticks - Washington

I used to visit Chopsticks on winter nights during high school with my friends, treating ourselves to the dynamite roll (filled with crabmeat and crunchy goodness) and the Crazy roll (which has a delicious green topping).

This is one of my favorite spots, and it’s even better when you have your favorite company with you. On the white plate, there were some new dishes, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

I’m a little confused to start with—Is this place called Chopsticks or Hashi? Are Hashi and Chopsticks the same thing? Twins, perhaps? Anyway, that’s not the main issue. Let me set the scene:...
