The dinner area was not open! I was angry. there are no restaurants in the open

I made a reservation for 10/17/20 19:30. When I came to the restaurant, I was told that in this night they do not honor any reservations about the michigan football game and the UFC fight. I wish these information would have been on open table or at least some, as notified, so my party of 6 did not drive 45 minutes to have reservations for somewhere that was “taken” it. I even “confirmed” that I would be there on the day before. I'm very upset that I planned a party that I had reserved and I didn't. to bdubs, please remove them reservations on days they will not honor them!

It was okay. no gloves, chips were stale. they took the chips from the bill without asking, but I would rather good food first. it always seems like a problem or another. today in the lobby a man talked about sitting out there on the bank. he leaned with closed eyes to the side. No one knew what his deal was, always said he would go. not sure if he was drunk, sick or what, but buffalo wild wings should have addressed this.

The employees have our group of 40 after a jr high basketball game. service was very good!

We never made it to the food. The mentally challenged workers up front were debating about where we should sit when there were obviously open tables and booths. I suggested a booth and they sat us at a dirty one instead. They never returned with a rag to wipe down the table and no waitress showed up so we walked out. There were several dirty tables and there was a vibe that the meals were not going to be any better than the service.
