Big Red Orchard - Washington

I can’t recommend this place enough, they are kind, professional, yummy u pick apples, doughnuts, cider, u-pick includes a hayride. The animals are awesome and super cute, and best of all, they don’t nickel and dime you, this is a small old family run orchard and cider mill, not like the big box corporate orchards. My only suggestion is they do a little better with the signs for the apple trees and the grass was a little long when we were there.

We have been here twice over the years. Great little place to go. Sad to see so much has been cornered off of the market. It was nice to have the whole thing with more product before. I like the additions they have made. Cute waterfall feature. I wish there was a little more to explore though.More animals would be good too. I felt they were a little overwhelmed by the amount of food and people.

I had a fantastic time here with my family today, as we do every year. We enjoyed a fun tractor ride to the apple orchard for apple picking, followed by cider and donuts in their pavilion on a beautiful fall day. We consistently love this place; it never disappoints. I'm shocked and saddened to hear it's closing for good next week—it's truly disappointing. Also, that large, unattractive house behind the orchard is a huge eyesore. I don't understand why it was built.
