1869 Draft Room - Washington

Atmosphere was great, service a little slow, the wings hardly had any meat on them.

Terrific Caesar salad, fresh, cold, crunchy, w delish dressing rt amt of croutons. Also, friendly, helpful staff!

Terrible service. Our waitress was friendly enough but she was only at our table a couple times the entire 2 hours it took us to eat lunch there, and it seemed like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Never refilled my drink or many others at the table, and I was out by the time she brought food. She also didn't bring napkins to the child I was with, who was eating bbq wings. At one point I had to just get up and go find her to get us napkins and a refill for said child. She did these two things, but still didn't check on anyone else from our group of 20.The food was okay. I had a blackened chicken sandwich which was good and some potato salad that did not taste homemade. Honestly, even if the food was amazing, I would not go back because of the poor service.

Pretty disappointing. The restaurant is trying too hard to be fancy... they wouldn't even allow my service animal inside, despite the fact that it's a tiny puppy in my purse.
