Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Overpriced burger that didn’t live up to expectations. If the burger had been good, I would have recommended it, but it wasn't even what I ordered, and I’m not sure it had bacon on it at all. I had enjoyed another Red Robin before and was looking forward to this one, but the quality was disappointingly subpar—not gourmet at all. The waitress was friendly, but she never returned to check on us; other staff brought out the food, yet no one asked if we were satisfied or if we needed anything else. $20 for a burger like that? I probably won’t be coming back to this location.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The staff is incredible, and the kids' mac and cheese is delicious and creamy.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The veggie burger, along with the unlimited potato fries and soda, was incredible. Both the quality and quantity of the burger, fries, and soda were excellent for just one person. I highly recommend trying it out at least once; I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Food and service was very good. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and friendly and helpful. When I was there to pick up my order, the girl at the front was very nice and fast.

Food is always good here, but the lack of service people takes the enjoyment out of the experience. Arrived on a Sunday at 4:00pm to a half empty parking lot but people waiting outside. Then was told there would be a 30 minute wait even though the restaurant was half empty. They only had two servers working. Everything was slow and made the whole experience poor.
