Longhorn Steakhouse - Warwick

My spouse and I went out to celebrate her birthday. She had the Flo's Fillet, smashed potatoes, and aspergillus. I had the New York Strip, rice and a side salad. Peerless service, excellent food.

So my in laws live the Longhorn in Florida, so we decided to visit our local Longhorn steakhouse because we wanted to send them a gift card to Longhorn steakhouse. I give the one in Warwick a 4 only because the appetizer was soooooo salty

My food was so delicious that I didn't even have time to think about taking photos and I think that says it all, I went to celebrate my husband's birthday and everything was delicious although if I'm honest my husband's cut (New York Steak) was super burnt I literally didn't feel anything else, but my Ribeye was licking the plate and the margarita wasn't delicious, but what follows and what to say about the strawberry cake that is the richest and most amazing thing is that the freshness of that jam has no definition.

I love the food, they make a GREAT steak! The only reason I'm deducting a star is because when things are busier they slack on properly cleaning the booths, ars I tried to sit at two and there were crumbs all over the seats which is just yucky. This isn't a time where cleaning standards should be taking any shortcuts. I normally would automatically give 2-3 stars with a cleanliness issue, but the food is too good.

As far as chain restaurants go, this is in my opinion the best steak out there. The bread might not be quite like Texas Roadhouse but hardly a knock. Longhorn also makes a strong old fashioned. That’s not just a one time thing, either. So be mindful. I definitely approve. Also try to avoid middle of dinner time. This place gets very busy on a regular basis and you can very easily wind up with an hour long wait.
