Hardee’s - Wartburg

Breakfast is good. Service has went down hill from what it use to be. Shay is the nicest person there. Always in good spirits and smiling and makes sure your taken care of and doesn't try to rush your order. SHAY deserves a raise!

The restaurant was very clean. Erika S., the cashier who took my order, made sure everything was correct.

Prices on menu board were one price. When rung up on register it was more expensive. Got food and the chicken was cooked to death. Service was so so. Smelled like old grease . They need to change their grease.

Check their pocket and everything before they leave. they can't get anything right. I only order the number, I ask for nothing to change and they still screw it up. I command for several people when I come there, so now when they screw it up, I told them that they regain the whole order because it gets cold, as I had to come back for their fault. I encourage others to do this, maybe if they need to redeem enough, they will learn how to do their jobs. I understand they don't do much, but they don't even deserve what they do with their terrible service.

The food is good service sucks 15 minutes to get the line, I will not go back for a while
