Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Warsaw

The only redeemable part of the meal was the ice cream, which was just okay. I can confidently say that I will never return to this restaurant and will do everything I can to warn others about the terrible service and the painful night I endured after consuming what can only be described as overcooked and poorly prepared food. It baffles me how this place has managed to stay in business in Warsaw for so long; it certainly isn't due to any friendly service or good food. What a waste of a venue.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday, and it was absolutely delicious! I give it 5 stars!

The food is expensive for what you get. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet it took several tries to get served. On top of that, the staff in the kitchen were quite rude.

I came in for a cheeseburger. Placed my order and took a seat. A few minutes later a young man brought me something I didn't recognize, cheese curds. Clearly a misunderstanding. I attributed it to my being distracted when placing my order and not listening when he repeated the order back to me. He apologized and offered to replace them with a cheeseburger. I said no, my fault and laughed it off. A little while later he brought me a cheeseburger. He didn't have to do that and I appreciated it. Young workers catch a lot of grief about work ethics, often well deserved. This young man is a positive representation of young workers.

The Ice Cream products are a bit pricey (like everything) but they are delicious. The sandwiches and sides are pretty good too. Really like the onion rings. Service was quick and friendly.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved this place.
