Very good food. We had the 8 course sampling menu and it was very good. To get 5 stars (and maybe to receive a Michelin I would suggest: before the menu serve 1 or 2 amuses not present the refreshing sorbet mid course as a separate course slightly slow down service. The courses followed each other in relatively quick pase Besides these small remarks I and my party were very pleased with the evening
