Tesco Extra Cafe - Warrington

After a hectic day, we decided to stop for coffee and a snack. The chips on the menu looked delicious, but we were surprised to receive only about 10 chips. The staff were very friendly, and the coffee was good. However, the portion of chips was disappointingly small for the high price. They tasted good, but we felt that we didn't get our money's worth.

When the finally arrived could not eat the chips must have been under a warmer 40 40 min buy the look and tast of them they were that bad i only ate one chip left the rest Absolutely terrible experience

On my visit today I requested gluten free bread for my toast, I was told they didn’t do that. Disappointing when this is sold in store.

The restaurant had a long line because the cashier was also in charge of making drinks. This resulted in a bit of a wait as she hustled around. However, the drinks were delicious. The portions of food were generous and of high quality. Despite the busy queue, all the staff were still helpful and friendly. My friend had dietary restrictions and the chef was able to accommodate her needs and answer all her questions about the meal.

I was disgusted from the moment I entered the restaurant. I felt like I was in prison as I waited in line to order my food. The choices made me cough and gag. Despite my reluctance, I decided to have a cheese sandwich and chips, which came with a side of unappetizing pubic hair. The cleanliness of the place was comparable to a landfill and I couldn't bring myself to use the restrooms. My partner also had a bad experience and my daughter's mashed potatoes were inedible. The waitstaff looked unkempt and intimidating, so I didn't dare complain. Overall, the experience was terrible and I would advise Tesco to be ashamed of their filthy establishment.
